Elevate Every Guest Experience
Hospitality
Premium branded merchandise for hotels, resorts and hospitality groups — from guest amenities and VIP gifts to uniforms, property openings and ongoing merchandise programs, all managed through one partner.
In hospitality, merchandise is not marketing collateral — it is part of the stay. A welcome gift is the first physical thing a guest touches, and an in-room item is the one they photograph.
We supply hotels, resorts and hospitality groups with merchandise built to that standard, and manage it across every property so a guest gets the same brand in every location.
One brand. Multiple properties. Consistent execution.
- Across every property
- One standard
- Ordering & distribution
- Per-property
- Purchasing power
- Portfolio-wide
One Brand Shouldn't Look Different at Every Property
This is where hospitality merchandise usually breaks. Each property orders locally, each general manager has a different supplier, and within a year the same brand appears in four different shades across six hotels — at four different prices, to four different standards.
One sourcing standard, one warehoused inventory and a store each property orders from fixes it permanently, and usually costs less than the fragmented version it replaces. Corporate sets what is approved once; each property draws what it needs from it.
- Corporate brand standard
- Monarch73 produces & holds
- Every property orders
- Same products, same branding
The properties stop sourcing. The brand stops drifting.

- Components

- Locations
- 200+
- Sets per location

Two components produced as a single run, matched to one brand color, then split into per-location consignments and routed to more than 200 sites. If you are running sixty hotels rather than two hundred restaurants, this is the same problem at a smaller number.

- Location-specific quantities
- 200+ destinations
Testimonials
“Monarch73 made the whole process super easy for us. We needed a big run of Brooklyn Nets hats and scarves and they just handled it—good communication, solid quality, and everything showed up looking clean and on-brand. No stress on our end, which is exactly what you want with projects like this.”

Merchandise Is Part of the Guest Experience
Arrival
The welcome gift is the first physical thing a guest touches on the property, and it sets the register for everything after it.
In-room
The robe, the slippers, the drinkware and the stationery — the items a guest uses for the length of the stay, and the ones they photograph.
VIP experience
A personalized gift for suite guests, loyalty members and the people the property most wants to recognize.
Departure
A branded keepsake that leaves with the guest and keeps the property in the room they go home to.
Every physical touchpoint is another chance to reinforce the property experience.
One Partner Across the Property
The merchandise a hotel buys is ordered by six different departments. It does not need six suppliers.
Front office
Welcome gifts, VIP amenities and the guest-facing items at the desk.
Housekeeping
Robes, slippers, towels and the operational merchandise carried floor to floor.
Food & beverage
Aprons, drinkware, glassware and materials for events hosted on site.
Human resources
Onboarding kits, employee swag and service recognition.
Sales & marketing
Event merchandise, promotional items and client gifts.
Procurement
Bulk ordering, brand standards and centralized sourcing across the portfolio.
More Than Products. Complete Merchandise Programs.
What a standing hospitality program actually looks like, by the job it does.
| Program | How it runs |
|---|---|
| Guest amenity program | Produce → store → replenish → property delivery |
| Uniform program | Approved apparel → size management → inventory → distribution |
| Employee program | Onboarding → recognition → eStore → individual fulfillment |
| Property opening | Source → produce → kit → deliver before opening |
| Multi-property program | Standardize → buy in volume → warehouse → property ordering |
Each one is a standing arrangement rather than an order. The products are the visible part; the program is what keeps them arriving.

Frequently asked questions
Can you support multiple hotel properties?
Yes. Supporting a portfolio rather than a single hotel is what most of our hospitality work involves.
Corporate approves one catalog, one artwork set and one color standard. We produce at portfolio volume, hold the inventory centrally, and fulfill each property’s orders from it — so every location gets the same product without sourcing it independently, and the brand stops drifting between hotels.
Can each property order separately, and can corporate control what they order?
Yes to both, and they are set up separately. Each property can be given access to order for itself, while what it is allowed to order is decided centrally.
Purchasing limits can be assigned per property, and orders can be associated with the property or cost center that placed them, so corporate keeps the standard and the reporting without approving every individual order.
Can you warehouse merchandise for our hotel group?
Yes. Merchandise is received into our facility, counted, organized by SKU and held as your group’s inventory until a property needs it.
This is what makes portfolio pricing usable: you produce once at the quantity that earns the better unit cost, and release it through the year rather than taking delivery of everything at once and finding somewhere to put it.
Can you replenish inventory throughout the year?
Yes. Inventory levels are monitored across the portfolio, so it is visible when a product is running down and replenishment can be planned before a property runs short rather than after a guest-facing item has run out.
Can you create merchandise for a new property opening?
Yes. An opening needs every category at once — uniforms, name badges, guest amenities, drinkware, stationery, welcome gifts, employee kits, event materials and operational merchandise — against a date that has usually already been announced.
We source it against one brand standard, produce it together, kit it by area and deliver it to the property before the doors open, so it arrives as one coordinated delivery rather than as a dozen separate ones the pre-opening team has to chase.
Can you manage staff uniform programs?
Yes. We supply front-of-house and back-of-house apparel — front desk, concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage and kitchen — decorated to one standard across the portfolio.
Run as a program rather than an order, the apparel is produced at volume, stocked by size and drawn down as properties hire, so a new starter is outfitted from inventory instead of waiting on a production run.
Can different properties have their own property name or logo?
Yes. A group standard and a property identity are not in conflict — the same product can carry the group mark, an individual property name, or both, decorated per property within one production run.
This is common for groups whose hotels trade under their own names, and for merchandise a guest associates with the hotel they are actually staying in.
Can you create VIP and guest welcome gifts?
Yes. Welcome gifts and VIP amenities are among the most-requested hospitality items, and they are usually where a property most wants the packaging to carry its own brand rather than a supplier’s.
We curate the products, develop the packaging, assemble each gift and deliver it to the property ready to place — including personalized presentations for suite guests and loyalty members.
Can merchandise ship directly to each hotel?
Yes. Orders are picked, packed and shipped to the property that placed them, with each carton labeled for its destination.
The same operation splits a single production run into per-location consignments — for Shake Shack, 40,000 components divided into 100-set consignments and routed to more than 200 locations.
Can you manage our ongoing branded merchandise program?
Yes. Monarch73 can manage recurring merchandise programs that include product sourcing, stored inventory, replenishment, kitting, individual fulfillment and distribution, on a dedicated product catalog at pre-negotiated pricing.
Instead of coordinating multiple vendors, inventory locations and shipments, your team has one merchandise partner managing the program from production through delivery — and can focus on how the merchandise is used rather than on how it is sourced.
What is an eStore and does Monarch73 build them?
An eStore is a branded online merchandise portal — a private store where your employees, clients, or members can browse and order branded items directly. Monarch73 builds, manages, and fulfills from eStores on behalf of our clients.
We handle the product sourcing, store setup, order fulfillment on each purchase, inventory monitoring, and replenishment. Your team gets a link to a store that looks like your brand — not a generic vendor portal.
eStores are particularly popular with HR teams running employee gifting programs, and with membership organizations that want to offer branded merchandise without managing a fulfillment operation.
Can you PMS match my brand colors?
Yes. PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching is available for most decoration methods and is something we take seriously. Your brand colors are part of your brand identity — a product that looks off-color reflects on your company, not the vendor.
When you provide your Pantone codes, we communicate them directly to the supplier and confirm matching before production begins. When PMS matching is available, we identify any applicable color-match or setup costs in your quote before production.
If you don’t have your Pantone codes on hand, we can help you identify the closest match from your existing brand assets.
