Thousands of Units. One Standard.

Bulk Merchandise

High-volume branded merchandise produced with the same attention to quality, color and brand consistency from the first piece to the last. Monarch73 manages sourcing, production, quality control and logistics from start to finish.

Built for Brands That Need More Than a Few Hundred

Producing 500 pieces is one thing. Producing 5,000, 25,000 or 100,000 pieces while keeping every detail consistent requires a different level of planning and production management.

Monarch73 helps companies scale branded merchandise without sacrificing the details that make it their brand. We coordinate sourcing, artwork, PMS color standards, pre-production samples, manufacturing, quality control, freight and final distribution as one connected program.

Whether you're producing one product at scale or coordinating multiple products across multiple locations, you have one partner accountable for the entire order.

Scale Without Compromising Your Brand

Large-volume production should create efficiencies — not inconsistencies.

Our process is built around controlling the details before production begins. Product specifications, artwork, decoration, PMS colors, packaging, quantities and delivery requirements are established upfront and managed against an approved standard throughout production.

The result: thousands of pieces that arrive looking and feeling like one coordinated brand program.

Everything Behind a Successful Bulk Order

  • A sourcing plan on a laptop showing production routes across a world map, with product sketches, a Pantone guide and sample apparel

    Global & domestic sourcing

We identify the right production path based on quantity, customization, budget and timeline.

  • A brand guidelines sheet and a signed color approval sheet beside a Pantone fan and branded samples

    Brand & color control

Artwork specifications and PMS standards help maintain consistency across the production run.

  • Pre-production samples of a tumbler, cap and hoodie with a signed sample approval checklist and logo placement drawings

    Pre-production samples

Review and approve the product, decoration and branding before full-scale manufacturing begins.

  • An inspector checking a branded tumbler on a production line against a QC inspection sheet

    Production & quality control

We coordinate manufacturing and inspection against the approved specifications.

  • A delivery plan comparing air, ocean and ground freight against an in-hands date, with a container ship, aircraft, truck and palletised cartons

    Freight & logistics

Air, ocean and ground freight are planned around your required In-Hands Date.

  • One production run split into cartons labeled for offices, stores, hotels and events, beside a distribution plan

    Multi-location distribution

One production run can be divided, packed and shipped to offices, stores, hotels, events or individual locations.

  • A custom product moving from sketched concept to approved sample to production line to finished, packaged product

    Custom manufacturing

When an off-the-shelf product isn't enough, we can develop fully customized merchandise around your specifications, branding, colors, packaging and quantity requirements.

Domestic or Overseas? We'll Help You Decide.

Domestic production

  • Faster turnaround
  • Lower freight complexity
  • Lower quantities available on many products
  • Ideal for tighter deadlines

Overseas production

  • Greater customization
  • Better economics at higher volumes
  • Custom manufacturing capabilities
  • Longer production and freight planning

We recommend the production route based on your quantity, customization, budget and In-Hands Date — not simply whichever option has the lowest unit price.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary depending on the product, decoration method and level of customization. Some programs can begin with relatively small quantities, while fully custom or factory-direct products may require higher minimums.

Tell us what you’re looking to create, your approximate quantity and budget, and we’ll recommend options that fit your program.

How long does bulk production take?

Timelines depend on the product, quantity, customization, production location and shipping method. Domestic programs may be completed within a few weeks, while fully custom or overseas production requires additional time.

We build every schedule backward from your required In-Hands Date and provide the production and freight timeline before you approve the order.

Can you PMS match my brand colors?

Yes. PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching is available for most decoration methods and is something we take seriously. Your brand colors are part of your brand identity — a product that looks off-color reflects on your company, not the vendor.
When you provide your Pantone codes, we communicate them directly to the supplier and confirm matching before production begins. When PMS matching is available, we identify any applicable color-match or setup costs in your quote before production.

If you don’t have your Pantone codes on hand, we can help you identify the closest match from your existing brand assets.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, packaging, personalization and shipping requirements. Larger quantities often provide better per-unit pricing.

We provide a clear proposal outlining the products, branding, packaging and associated costs so you can evaluate the complete program before production begins.

What happens if something is wrong with my order?

Quality-control procedures are built into the production process according to the product, the quantity and what the program requires; for complex or high-volume runs, additional inspection and pre-shipment checks can be built in. If a defective item reaches you despite that, we resolve it. The type of resolution depends on the nature of the issue — replacement items, credit, or a partial refund — and we’ll work with you and the supplier to find the right path quickly.

Because every Monarch73 order ships with a detailed packing slip and documentation, we have a clear record of exactly what was ordered, approved, and shipped — which means disputes are resolved in days, not weeks.
